Our pizzas are rooted in Neapolitan tradition, but defined by modern precision. The dough ferments for 72 hours with lievito in coltura liquida, liquid sourdough, a method that ensures lightness, character, and depth of flavor.
Each dish is composed with a craftsman’s discipline and an artist’s eye: only seasonal ingredients, sourced from trusted producers who share our devotion to authenticity.
The culinary journey extends to a wine list curated by sommelier Tresor Vets, a selection designed not only to pair but to elevate, transforming each course into a dialogue between food and wine.
The experience concludes with our house-made desserts, refined reinterpretations of Italian classics, the final gesture of care in a menu conceived to delight the senses from start to finish.


Born in Naples, Chef Luca Fabozzi carries with him the soul of Neapolitan pizza, a heritage of fire, tradition, and devotion. His journey across Belgium has been defined by an uncompromising pursuit of excellence: from perfecting his dough with liquid sourdough fermentation to curating every ingredient with the same rigor and respect as the great artisans of his homeland.
Licoli is the culmination of that journey: a space that reflects Luca's philosophy, where authenticity is elevated by elegance and every creation bears his signature.
As a young pizzaiolo, Luca unites tradition with innovation. His approach is both deeply personal and outward-looking, constantly shaped by collaborations with chefs and sommeliers, and inspired by the vibrant culinary culture of Antwerp.
