Luca Fabozzi,our passionate pizzaiolo, founded Licoli with the intention of creating a creative space where he could share his culinary vision with the world. Together with his team, he focuses on using the freshest ingredients available, crafting traditional Neapolitan pizzas with his signature 72-hour fermented sourdough base. While honoring Neapolitan traditions, each pizza is reimagined with a fresh perspective, combining authenticity with inventive flavors for a truly unique dining experience.

The menu features a selection of pizzas ranging from beloved classics to more creative combinations — all prepared on our traditional sourdough base, fermented for 72 hours. Each pizza is made with only the finest ingredients available, honoring Italian tradition while allowing our pizzaiolos to add their own unique interpretations. The menu evolves with the seasons and is complemented by a carefully curated selection of wines.

Craft, Community & Creativity

Alongside the restaurant, open from Thursday to Sunday, we also host workshops and private events. Our pizzaiolos continue to bring their craft to external events and caterings, and we’ve made it possible for you to enjoy our products at home as well.

At Licoli, each table is assigned a 1.5-hour time slot to ensure a smooth flow for all guests. We kindly ask that you respect your allotted time. For reservations of more than 6 people, please email us in advance.
