Used daily in the Licoli pizzeria, our burrata is the perfect finishing touch for Neapolitan pizza. Tear it over a freshly baked pizza to add richness and freshness, or enjoy it with seasonal tomatoes, vegetables, focaccia or antipasti. Best served fresh.
