Nolano’s Pomodorini in Succo are grown under the Southern Italian sun, right next to the Vesuvius, where the climate and fertile soils produce naturally sweet cherry tomatoes with a rich, fresh flavour. Harvested at peak ripeness and packed in their own tomato juice shortly after picking, they retain their natural sweetness, delicate texture and bright acidity.
At Licoli, we use these cherry tomatoes as the base for our Puttanesca. They’re perfect for quick pizza sauces, seafood pasta, simple tomato sauces or any dish where the quality of the tomato should shine.
